Self-Drive Rental

• The Renter shall be at least 21 years.
• The Renter should have the capability to drive well and has a valid driving license. International Driving License is required for foreigner and National Driving License for Indonesian Nationality.
• In the event that another person other than the Renter drives the car, the Renter shall be fully responsible for the car.
• The other terms will be adjusted with the situation and condition of the respective offices of Bali Setia Motor.
• Unlimited kilometers around Bali Area.

Day Use

Day use for 1 (one) day is 24 (twenty four) hours for self drive.

Service

If damage / break down of the car occur, the Renter is obliged to report the damage to Bali Setia Motor and Bali Setia Motor provides a replacement car to the rental. The replacement car shall be of the same class with the car replaced.

In the event that Bali Setia Motor could not provide a replacement car, Bali Setia Motor will give compensation to the renter, the calculation of which will be done at the Bali Setia Motor Office.

Prohibitions on the car usage

During the use of the rental car, the Renter is prohibited to do the following:

• To use the car for bringing goods or loading the car in excess of the standard weight limitation determined by the factory.
• To use the car for purposes contrary to the law.
• To drive the car under the influence of drugs or alcoholic drink.
• To make modification upon the original shape of the car, to add or omit genuine equipment and or accessories of the car.
• To use the car for demonstration, race, rally and other extreme usage.
• To transfer the ownership, to pledge, to re-rent to other parties or to use the car for commercial purposes.
• To carry strongly smelled luggage.
• To carry chemical materials, which should be carried by appropriate vehicles.
• To use the car recklessly.
• To use the car for driving lesson. Any consequences arising from violation of the above provisions will be the responsibility of the Renter.

Check List

Checklist is a valid evidence of handover of the joint inspection result by the Renter and the official of Bali Setia Motor on the rented car, and both parties shall sign the checklist sheet.

The inspection and signing shall be done at the time the car will be handed over to the Renter (checklist out) and at the time, the rented car is returned to Bali Setia Motor (checklist in). This Checklist shall subsequently be used as the basis for the improvement of the deductible / own risk charge.

Transfer

Return transfer for car's renter (Airport > Office > Airport) or (Airport > Hotel > Airport) or (Hotel > Office > Hotel) is free. Transfer can only handle for Denpasar, Kuta, Sanur, and Nusa Dua area.

Rental with Driver

• The Renter is prohibited to drive the rented car personally if the car rental is with a driver
• For every excess of the driver's service use, the Renter will be imposed a surcharge per hour as stated in the price list (which will be attached in due course or at the time signing of the Rental Agreement).
• The Renter shall sign the driver's working schedule at the beginning and at the end of service.
• Overnight Charge (OC): Is the charge imposed for the use of the driver's service in town for a minimum of 12 hours and above 11:00 PM.
• Sleep out charge is the charge imposed for the use of the driver's service for an out of town trip if the driver has to stay overnight for such trip Payment.
• Cash on Date Out paid in Bali Setia Motor Office by cash method or credit card (major cards are acceptable).
